PackList — Privacy Policy

1. Summary
PackList is an offline app. Your trips, travellers, items and templates are stored on your device and are never sent to us. We do not operate a server that holds your data, and there is no account to create. The only data that leaves the app is advertising data handled by Google, under the consent choices you make.
2. What stays on your device
- Trips, dates and trip status
- Travellers you add and the items assigned to them
- Item names, quantities, categories, bags, weights and notes
- Packed and return-check state
- Templates you save
- App settings (theme, weight unit, list ordering)
This data lives in the app's private storage. It is included in Android's own backup if you have that enabled for your Google account; that backup is governed by Google's terms, not by us. Uninstalling PackList removes the data from your device.
3. What we do not collect
- Your name, email address or phone number
- Your location
- Your contacts, photos or files
- The contents of your packing lists
PackList has no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK. We receive no usage data about you.
4. Advertising
PackList shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob: a banner, a small native strip, an occasional full-screen ad shown between screens, and an ad when you return to the app. To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect and process device identifiers (including the advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction data.
Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms and in how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
5. Your advertising choices
Where required by law — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — PackList asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising data is processed. You can reopen that form at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options inside the app and change or withdraw your choices.
Everywhere, you can limit ad personalisation from your device's own settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
6. Children
PackList is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Advertising requests are not tagged as directed at children.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove everything PackList stores, uninstall the app or clear its data from your device settings. To delete advertising data held by Google, use the Google account and device controls linked above.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, or the CCPA in California — you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection over personal data. As we hold no personal data about you, those requests are directed to Google for the advertising data described in section 4. You are welcome to contact us with any question about this.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address with a new date at the top.

1. 요약
PackList는 오프라인 앱입니다. 여행, 동행자, 짐 항목, 템플릿은 모두 사용자의 기기에 저장되며 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다. 사용자의 데이터를 보관하는 서버는 운영하지 않고, 계정을 만들 필요도 없습니다. 앱 밖으로 나가는 데이터는 사용자가 선택한 동의 범위 안에서 Google이 처리하는 광고 데이터뿐입니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
- 여행, 날짜, 여행 상태
- 추가한 동행자와 각자에게 지정된 항목
- 항목 이름, 수량, 카테고리, 수납 위치, 무게, 메모
- 준비 완료 및 귀국 확인 상태
- 사용자가 저장한 템플릿
- 앱 설정(테마, 무게 단위, 목록 정렬)
이 데이터는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. Google 계정에서 Android 백업을 켜 두었다면 해당 백업에 포함되며, 그 백업은 저희가 아니라 Google의 약관을 따릅니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 데이터도 함께 제거됩니다.

PackList에는 분석(애널리틱스) SDK도, 크래시 리포팅 SDK도 없습니다. 사용자의 이용 데이터는 저희에게 전달되지 않습니다.
4. 광고
PackList는 Google AdMob이 제공하는 광고를 표시합니다. 상단 배너, 하단 네이티브 띠, 화면 전환 시 가끔 표시되는 전면광고, 앱으로 돌아올 때의 앱 열기 광고가 이에 해당합니다. 광고 게재와 측정을 위해 Google은 기기 식별자(광고 ID 포함), IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 상호작용 데이터를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 광고 관련 선택권
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 법적으로 요구되는 지역에서는 맞춤형 광고 데이터를 처리하기 전에 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 동의를 요청합니다. 앱 안의 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 이 양식을 다시 열어 선택을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
지역과 무관하게, 기기 설정에서도 광고 맞춤설정을 제한할 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고).
6. 아동
PackList는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 데이터를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 요청은 아동 대상으로 태그하지 않습니다.
7. 데이터 보관과 삭제
저희가 보관하는 사용자 데이터가 없으므로 저희 쪽에서 보관하거나 삭제할 대상도 없습니다. PackList가 저장한 모든 것을 지우려면 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하세요. Google이 보유한 광고 데이터의 삭제는 위에 링크한 Google 계정 및 기기 설정에서 처리할 수 있습니다.
8. 사용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 — 예를 들어 EEA·영국의 GDPR, 캘리포니아의 CCPA — 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 이동, 처리 거부 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 저희는 사용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로, 4항에서 설명한 광고 데이터에 관한 요청은 Google을 통해 처리하시면 됩니다. 관련 문의는 언제든 저희에게 보내 주셔도 됩니다.
9. 변경
이 방침이 변경되면 갱신된 내용을 상단 날짜와 함께 이 주소에 게시합니다.
